Links stopped working recently

This type of issue might become once if you have attached the unsupported file.

So, please sure that you have only uploaded the PDF in the product attachment.

If you have uploaded the PDF and still getting the blank screen then, it might be possible that on your live site there is no access of that PDF of your PDF directory not set properly or your site working on subdomain directly.

Please review the above case at your side and let us know if any cases match.

I am unable to open the given link it asking for the user and password.

I think this issue might be coming based on the server type.

Can you please share the error log or warning you have which helps us to troubleshoot your query?

Also, please make sure that uploaded PDF has full access otherwise it might be not open.

I am getting no errors in front. Also i have already added mime types for PDF and DOCX. it was working before but since last update, it stops working n shows blank page.

Okay, got your point. In our last version, we have resolved the query about the blank screen about our other users and resolve it for them.

So, I think this might be causing issues with some other users like you.

So, can you please download our last version from here and let us know it’s ok for you?

If ok then, you can just need to change some code in one file which I will give you.

I have the same problem.

When creating a product with 2 attachments -> only 1 of them is displayed.
And with other products nothing is displayed.

The strange thing is that everything worked perfectly earlier (before upgrading).

I also downloaded your latest development version and tested with that, but no fix.

We have reviewed our latest plugin version 1.5.3 and found that once I have added two attachment then, it is displaying the two attachment into front page.

Click here to review the settings for the attachment.

Click here to review that both attachment is displaying properly.

So, please review the settings which I have mentioned in the screen and let us know you have configured the same settings?

If yes, then it might be possible that there is conflict during the upgrading the plugin.

So, we can say that please deactivate the plugin and activate it again and it might be resolve your query.

The option “Show on Product page” is not visible.
Only when creating NEW attachments, but for existing, this option is not in the list.
Could that be the cause?

@dots it didn’t work, i have replaced plugin you gave me but issue still exists.

I have reviewed in our latest plugin version and on old attachments once edit the product, I can see the option “Show on Product page”.

So, it might be possible that you have used our very old version and it might be not working or you can try again by adding the new attachment and edit it again and let us know it working or not.

It might be possible that there are any error in console or error log you have then share with us which help us to troubleshoot your query.

Then, you need to troubleshoot your query at your end as mentioned in the below file path.

File Path plugins\woo-product-attachment\public\class-woocommerce-product-attachment-public.php

Function name wcpoa_send_file

You just need to print variable $fullPath.

After echo above variable you just need to check that variable path is correct or not.

If not then, you just need to change the code and make path correct and also make sure that PDF path is readable.
