links problem

i am facing problems regarding to case sensitive. for example
i am loading https://www.ikhaleej.com/EN which is not opening and giving error of file not found.
where as when i open https://www.ikhaleej.com/en it opens correctly without any error.
so how to handle it, so that it loads the links, without any case sensitive erros.
