Links panel in back-end not working properly

I believe this problem showed up after making the upgrade to version 3.1, but I’m not totally sure. I googled, but couldn’t figure out the right search terms I guess.

The default view of my links panel in the back end of my wordpress installation is not working correctly.

The default view “view all categories” returns a “no links found” message. I do have links set up, and I can find them by going to the Link Categories subpanel… but I’d like to be able to view links from all categories at once.

Is this a bug with my database, or am I just misunderstanding this feature? Thanks!

Edit: also, I can filter to a specific category with the drop-down box successfully.
