• In my blog I would like to have a section for user submited links. I would like anyone to be able to regester and for them to automaticly be able to post in that links catogory. Is it posible to change the permissions so people can do that? If so, how? I would appreciate any help in that matter.

    Thanks in advance,
    Cron

  • Have you browsed the Codex for the info on permissions? It includes info on the different user levels. Perhaps that might address your question…? Good luck! ??

No, that did not work. Any other suggestions?

Link out of wp entirely for this as a security measure: put a “Free For All Links” link in your sidebar, but set up a totally separate subsystem using any of a number of decent free scripts around for this option.

Really, allowing this sort of freedom INSIDE your blog isn’t a particularly safe idea.

ok, sure. that is what I was doing before but I wanted to switch to this. Anyway, thanks for trying to help.
