Links on WP-Click-Tracker

WP-Click-Tracker is amazing, an excellent plugin with some great features. It is almost perfect EXCEPT, the links are in the format:
https://pmc.miramedia.co.uk/?wp_ct=1 and I would really like:
https://pmc.miramedia.co.uk/test/

Where test is the title of the link.

Any ideas anyone?
