Links on a separate page

Hello

I know should be able to do this, but haven’t been able to figure it out.

I’m using the blix theme which has a menu bar.
I’d like to create a separate page which lists the blogroll/links.
So instead of appearing in the sidebar, it has its own page, which can be called from the menu bar.

Now I can edit the sidebar, so the blogroll/links don’t appear, but how do I create a separate page.
Do I use a static page, and have a mini-loop or something?
