• Hi,

I’m using Easy TOC in an Elementor template using the shortcode. It’s displaying fine but the links don’t work. It looks like it’s not creating the anchor tags. I compared it to another page and I don’t see the anchor tags in the rendered HTML.

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Can you please share a few screenshots of your TOC dashboard settings setup once? So that we will go through it and get back to you immediately.

Yes. Thanks for the detailed info. Can you please check once if is there any conflict? Can you please check once by deactivating the active plugins one by one on your site and let us know back if there is any conflict?

So, I turned off all the plug-ins that I could (I can’t turn off Elementor or the page won”t work and no point in turning off Easy TOC). I also changed to a default theme. The links still didn’t work. It appears that it isn’t creating the anchors.

Sorry for the inconvience. If possible can you please share the short video of the steps to recreate the same at our end? So that we will check the same and get back to you with the solution.
