Links not working on mobile

The plugin works great on a computer. The gallery image links work fine, but on a phone, those same image links do not work.

There are little pictures of a car’s dash warning lights. When clicked on, those pop down to an anchor link on the same page, but those links do not work on my phones – neither iPhone or Android.

Is this plugin somehow incompatible with mobile?
