Links not working in comments

When you say “comments”, I believe you are referring to the product reviews — please let me know if you meant something different.

I just did some testing on my personal site with the latest version of WooCommerce and the default Storefront theme, and when I put a link in my review it saved and displayed without issues:

How were you adding the link to the comment?

It’s possible something in your theme is changing how the links are displayed, or possibly a security plugin (or other plugin) blocking the links. I’d recommend trying switching to the default Storefront plugin to see if that makes a difference. If not, please try disabling plugins aside from WooCommerce to see if that helps.

Yes I am referring to the product reviews, as you can see on this page : https://toutpourmasante.fr/produit/douleur-epaule/.

For exemple, I can select the text of any comment, but not my own comments.
I check on another product page, for exemple this one: https://toutpourmasante.fr/produit/mal-de-dos/
And I noticed something strange, as you can see on the screenshot: https://paste.pics/6f45740c38f36fcc1b4b84d0c845dcd3
It creates another profil picture next to mine.It’s not the case on my blog posts.

I updated Woocommerce to the last version and tried what you said but no difference.

I will continue my research.

I saw you were using the Zerif Lite theme on your site, so I installed it to do some testing. I saw the same thing regarding the profile picture when using Zerif Lite:

But then after switching back to Storefront, the same reviews were displaying differently:

So, it seems the display of the reviews is being affected by the Zerif Lite theme. I would recommend reaching out to team behind that theme to ask about this.

That said though, regarding the links — entering a <a href="x">test</a> link in a review, or just copying/pasting the link itself, still rendered the clickable link in the review afterward even when using that theme.

Something on your site must be changing that behavior. I would recommend a full conflict test to try to narrow down what is causing that: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
