Links not working in archives and format issue

Hi-

Any help on this is greatly appreciated!
I installed a new theme and switched servers this week. I have limited knowledge but can figure things out well except for 2 things.

1. on the front page of my blog https://www.officialstreetradio.com there are supposed to be 12 posts on the front page … you can see on the bottom right that a post is not appearing and i have no idea why.

2. when you click on a category on the top tabs … it brings up all the posts in that category. But the headers for each post are NOT clicakable.
