In the current version (3.5.13) of the plug-in all the created links are not working anymore. My mailbox is already filling up with user complaints.

Both opt-in and unsubscribe links are producing the following error message on opening:

Oops, something went wrong, please try again or contact the administrator to check more info.

For all other users having the same issue:

Check if there are conflicts with other plug-ins. In my case the reason was that I used “Email Subscribers & Newsletters” together with the “Popup Builder” plug-in.

There must be a conflict between the two plug-ins. Disabling the Popup Builder plug-in makes Email Subscribers & Newsletters work again.

I’ve already informed the Icegram developers about this issue.

    Hi,

It seems like the issue is now resolved by the pop-up builder plugin author. Do let us know if you face any further issues.
