Links not working

I love this plugin and have most everything working except for the actual links. I wanted it to not show read more link when the entire post appears and it does just that. However, while it does say “read more” on the longer posts, there is no actual link to to the read more reference.

I am using a Genesis based-theme if that helps. I appreciate any help you can provide.
