Links Not Working

I used one of your built-in “service” section templates to create a 4×3 matrix of different categories that users can click through.

I can see that the links are published and linking to the correct pages through the MPL editor; however, when the page publishes, the links are not working. Can you take a look at my page and let me know what may be the problem?
