Links not working

    I have two links on my SmartSlider. Neither are working in the live version, they both work in the preview version. I am using thesis 2.1 with a php snippet box. Below is the php code given by smart slide:

    <?php
echo do_shortcode('[smartslider3 slider=3]');
?>

    The snippet box calls for this part of the code only:

    echo do_shortcode('[smartslider3 slider=3]');

    The slider itself works fine, the links are the problem.

    Hi @jasoncstyle

    Do you have these links on your button layers? On some slide, they are below your image layers, so when they are clicked, the click actually happens on the image but not on the button. I would suggest re-order the layers to make the buttons go above the image: https://imgur.com/CUJdAVu

    Or if the links would be in your actual slides, then you are most likely have some cache plugin installed (or a server side cache), as the codes that would create a link on the slides are not there in your slider, so please clear your cache and check the site again.
