Links not working

Recently, I installed the plugin Bad Behaviour to get rid of spam bots spamming my comments. It worked for two days and then suddenly my site couldn’t be accessed. Instead of my usual homepage, I got an error page with the header “Precondition Failed”.

I guessed it was the plugin doing that, so I disabled it by renaming the folder name through FTP.

Now, I can access my homepage but NOT the other pages. Even the comments links are not working. Please go to my site and click on any link. None of them are working.
