I’ve re-installed WordPress and now all the contents of the wordpress folder are in the root directory (www.5thape.com). The only problem I have now is that my ‘About’, ‘Categories’ and ‘Archives’ links are not working because they are looking for wordpress/index.php. The subfolder ‘wordpress’ no longer exists in the root directory. How do I make it so that wordpress looks for index.php in my root directory?

  • Might want to check out number 9 under Moving WordPress in your Site in the Moving WordPress article. It discusses updating your Permalink structure.

Never mind I figured it out. I had to edit my .htaccess file. It had everything listed as /wordpress/index.php, etc. I just deleted /wordpress whenever it showed up. Thanks.
