Links No Longer Working In Old Resources

  • Hello,

    I’m currently managing a WordPress site for a client and recently discovered an issue with some of the older resources on the site. I’m not super experienced with web management/HTML so please let me know if I’ve not made things clear enough!

    My problem is that none of the links are working in the older resources. They appear to be working in the visual/text editor, but they’re not working on the site itself.

    I’ve also just discovered that the text within the resources cannot be highlighted. The old resources are essentially just plain text.

    The newer resources are fine, they’re exactly as they should be. I wondered if the problems could be coming from the theme (which is custom designed), but I don’t see why the problem would only be affecting the older articles.

    I’d appreciate any insight into what the problem could be!

  • Could you specify which links exactly are not working?

    Sorry, should have specified that! The hyperlinks within the resource text (to external websites and to other resources/pages on the website) are not working.

    The top/bottom menus and sidebar are fine though.
