Links menu missing

Hi, I’m missing links menu in the admin sidebar. I can add links by going directly to https://www.keterink.com/wp-admin/link-add.php but cant edit or delete links. How can I “enable” that menu ?
(theme I’m using can not be causing this because I use same theme on many sites and never had this problem on any of them)
