Links manager problem

  • I am having the following problem in the backend:

    If I edit one of the links which come with the installation, I have all options, including categories, target, etc. However, if I want to add a new link, the only options are name, web address, description and save. If I then click on save, I get a completely blank page. When I use the “back” button of my browser, the link has not been added to the list of links.

    Furthermore, if I click on Link categories in the left menue (in the Links section) I also get a blank page (with the menue still visible).

    Do you have any solution for adding links and categories to the blogroll?

    (I have a completely new installation of wordpress 3.0. I had the same problem with the newest wordpress version and therefore tried 3.0 – no change)
