links malfunction

I’m a newbie at WP and not much of a coder, but was impressed with its capabilities as a layman… I have encountered a pretty serious problem with links though — all links at: https://blog.winningman.com/ seem to go right back to the top of the home page… ? I encountered this after attempting to add the Excerpt function to only have the home page be a series of blurbs instead of full articles stretching down the page.

Any assist on this would be greatly appreciated.
