Links inside Tabs Shortcode

Hi,

I have links inside the first tab. When the page is initially loaded, those links do not work. Moving the cursor over the area around the linked text it appears it is seeing underlying content which is hiding the links. Go to another tab, then back to the first tab and the links start working. Reload the page and the links quit working.

Tested in IE 9.0, Chrome and Firefox with the same results.

If I delete the content of the other tabs, then the links in the first tab will work.

So it appears underlying content is hiding the links on the first tab even though the text is visible.
