Links inside descriptions not working

I recently switched from the normal NG galleries with links in descriptions working fine but now with Bmo bottom scrolling gallery they just hover without taking me to the intended URL; Since they are located over the main clickable image area it only advances the main images as if clicking anywhere else in this area.. I know it may be due to some positioning or z-index issue but I had tried changing values literally for all its containers with no results, if this is something available in the Pro version or not the case any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
