Links inside accordion items not working

WP v5.6.1

Client has set up an accordion item whose content is a regular paragraph block, with an unordered-list whose items contain links. When the item is expanded, clicking these links does nothing in some cases, but some do indeed work. I’ve verified no markup errors in the source code for this block. Plugin seems to return false or prevent default when these links are clicked. I tried ‘Load scripts and styles globablly’ enabled and disabled – same result.
