Links in wrong order

I am using Zenon Lite for my website https://www.greensmoothieglasgow.co.uk, and I am very pleased with the result, apart from one thing. The links in the Blogroll and the Slider posts are not in the order I want. I have added ratings to the Blogroll links and have specified to list in order of ratings on the Links widget, yet they still appear in the wrong order.

When I click “Ratings” in the Links menu the order changes to the correct order, and I then click “Apply”, but as soon as I view the website the order reverts back to the original incorrect order.

The WordPress Help menu mentions “Filtering Options” “Order by name”, but this doesn’t appear anywhere on my screen.

The Slider posts are in reverse order to the way they appear on the main menu, but I can’t get them to change. Can anyone help?
