Links in [simple-sitemap-group] are nofollow

Is there a reason why when I place the [simple-sitemap-group] short code or block, all the post links are tagged as “nofollow”?

I’ve deactivated my SEO plugin YOAST, but the problem remains. No idea where this nofollow tagging is coming from if it isn’t “Simple Sitemap”.

Is it intentional?

However, when I just list them alphabetically by using the [simple-sitemap] block and adding “posts” to it, they aren’t “nofollow”, which is my workaround for now, but I’d like to have the categories grouped without the “nofollow” tag being added. Any assistance is appreciated.
