Links in Order Comment

Hi there,
Is there a possibility to add links to the customers Order Comment?
For example something like this: Sukat.com ?
We send to our customers shipping companies shipping ID’s which contains the whole URL for it and other links.
It can make a link if I type https://www.sukat.com and press space, but that is quite ugly in my mind.

You can wrap the URL with an anchor tag:<a >Sukat.com</a>
