Links in header not working on Chrome or Safari

    Im relatively a newbie to web development. I’ve created a simple list to display Woocommerce shopping cart in the header. (masterheader) Only the shopping cart link works but the others links don’t. All links Work in IE but not Chrome or Safari.
    any suggestions?
