Links in Admin Panel Not working

My blog is installed here: http//blog.example.com

Everything works fine on my blog with no problems, except two links in the admin panel. When i click on the Comments or Users in the admin panel i get a 404 file not found error message and when i look in the browser url address bar i see this instead: https://blog.example.com/blog/wp-admin/etc.. If i edit the url to just https://blog.example.com/wp-admin then the page will come up and work. Any know why i am getting this on only these two pages, the rest of the admin panel works. My htaccess file is blank and just has the default begin wordpress
