Links edit or creation producing blank page/link.php

Hello all. I recently (last 3 days) started seeing an issue on a few websites I am developing.

Basically, I was on version 3.5.0 and started to see the links I edited or created produce a blank link.php when I choose to update.

I am not sure what could be producing this and it really is a pesky little problem. I upgraded to 3.5.2 and still see the issue even after diabling all possible plugins.

Is anyone else seeing this happening?

I have tested IE, Firefox, and Chrome on different machines (two Windows 7 machines and one XP) as well as with Safari on a MAC.

Help! ??
