Links don't work in widget

The Category Post List Widget is working fine except for one thing. Links don’t work in the widget post. They work fine if you view the post page or the Archive of everything in the category. Here is the page I am finding the problem with: https://astccc.net/ the middle widget What’s New in the Bar? should have links on both WCH and on MinnPost.
Any ideas? Thank you.
