Links doesn’t work on Facebook or YouTube

Try to post the link below in a Facebook Messenger chat and click it. It will take you to the root of the website rather than download the file.

You can’t use these links on any social media.

Please go to the “Downloads > Settings” menu and then click on the “Pages” tab. Is there a page selected for the “No Access” option and does this page contain our shortcode?

Also, if you have any hotlinking protection enabled, then please disable them.
