Links do not work in icon list

    Hello,

    I have noticed that if I toggle the setting to use a link for an Icon within the Icon List, it does not work.
    If I inspect the elements, I can see the <a> with the link there, but it has no clickable area.
    To see this example, please see the footer of my page:
    https://goseongguy.com/
    You can see that the map icon with the “Goseong…” text is not clickable with a link.
    Spectra and Astra are all updated to their latest versions as of 12/18/2023.
