Links Categories – WordPress 2.1

Hi, I upgraded to WordPress 2.1. In previous versions I could set a limit as to how many links would show up in each category, but it seems that box is gone. Could someone explain how I could do this. Also, could someone provide the code to set up a links page – I had a plugin for that, but it is now broken. Thanks in advance.
