I was happy with my previous version of WP, but -i really don’t why- upgraded to 2.8
Several plug-ins are not compatibles (i had to de-activate them) and now i see that my links categories are missing.
    Somebody knows what to do?

I’m VERY dissapointed with WP developers…

    thanks in advance

  • Link categories are missing where?

When you add or edit a link, are link categories available?

If you visit Links > Link Categories do you see your categories?

yes, I can see them within the admin interface, but people can’t see them in the blog…

Okay, what mechanism, widget or template tag, are you using to display your links? If template tag, please provide the code you are using.

OK, WP 2.8 just resets all my widgets.
    that was the problem…

I’m still lost – I upgraded too, and can’t figure out how to get the links box that was displaying in the sidebar before to display now. Plus, I thought 2.8 was supposed to allow drag-and-drop widgets, but that doesn’t happen.

I see now that you just changed the name from “Links” to “Bookmarks”. Still wondering about drag-and-drop widgets though…
