    Hello!
Thanks in advance for any help or insight into the issue I’m having.

Today I posted a collaboration with ASOS in which I linked to a couple pages on their store. My contact at the marketing agency asked me to change the links from referral links to api.shopstyle to clean links. The problem is, on my end in the editor, the links are clean — they are automatically redirecting through api.shopstyle without me telling them to. Here’s the post.

I then noticed my links to eshakti in this post are automatically redirecting through Shareasale — without me adding the affiliate links. When I look at the post in the editor, the links are clean.

Does anyone have insight as to why this is happening and how I can make these links clean? Is it possible I was hacked and someone’s cashing in on clicks from my site, or am I totally ignorant about how these affiliate sites work?

    Thanks,
    Sarah

Hm, that is odd. It looks like something is intercepting the outgoing clicks, because they are indeed correct in the source of the post.

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue.

Thank you VERY much! It was one of my plugins.
