Links are not opening in Chrom

    Hello,

    after an update some months ago, the links on slider images are not opening in Chrome anymore, even that the mouse pointer changes as there would be a link. In other browswers the links are still working properly.

    I read in other topics about JS conflict between SlidesPack with Essential Grid Version 2.X, but as I don’t use Essential Grid, I can’t solve it that way.

    Switching “Ticker” from false to true, the links are working also in Chrome, but the images are rotating quickly. Instead, I need the images to be fixed and not rotate at all.

    Can you please help with this issue on my website?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please “Ticker” parameter set value “false”.

    Add below paramter after line no 11 in public js.
    touchEnabled : false,

    Path of public JS: sliderspack-all-in-one-image-sliders/assets/js/wp-spaios-public.js

    Please add then check and let me know if anything else.

    Thanks for your quick response.

    Adding this line, the links in Chrome work properly again now.

    Can you please consider this with the next update that it woun’t be overwritten?

    ahhh, but now I face a new challenge:

    Now the images in carousels on other pages are also fixed and not moving anymore. E. g.

    Can this be separated, so the images of carousels will still be moving?

    Hi Ketan,

    on the sub pages, I use carousels and the images usually were rotating, but now the images are frozen (still, fixed). The 7 images in the carousel (below the virtual tour image) are not rotating:

    I don’t know how to show in a screen shot that images are NOT rotating. Did you get the issue now?
