links are not clickable inside the messege

No, I mean the message being sent in email.

hi, im talking about the wooconvo conversation panel . when you paste a link on the conversation panel from customer side or vendor side and click “send” button the link turns to normal text.it isn’t clickable.

as an example if customer send this link “https://www.whatsmydns.net” it appear as a unclickable text

Ok, I see, well in our pro version we have a feature to turn HTML editor so the HTML tags are added as a message.
