Links are not clickable

  • Hi,

    When a user types in a link their message/ticket, for example: https://example.com, this is never hyperlinked without using the “insert link” button in the thread which nobody ever uses (same goes for email piping, links are never clickable).

    Can we somehow enable that links are automatically hyperlinked?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible in the current version.
    We have discussed this with our development team. We found this suggestion useful and it will be added to our product. We have added this to our development queue to be available in future updates. There is no ETA available for now.
