Links & comments not working but posts show up in dashboard

My main page of my blog is showing, and all of my posts are available in my wordpress dashboard; however, when I click on any links, including comments, I’m getting a message that says the files are incorrectly uploaded to my site. (I use godaddy as a host). I’m not sure how I can have it all in wordpress but not on my host? Can someone please tell me how to resolve this?
