Linking wordpress with my forums user database

Definitely wondering how to do this. I’m using WordPress as my homepage for our website…but I don’t want people to have to register twice. I’d like it for my members to automatically be logged in on the forums and on the homepage with the same profile. As well as if someone hits register on my homepage (via wordpress) it will instead, redirect to my forums registration program.

It looks you’ll have to find a tool to sync them. Something like https://ipbwi.com/products/ looks like it might work. You could also use something like bbPress for your forums, and manage them all in one place.
