Linking two blogs

I have two blogs on the same domain: https://adtoronto.com and https://adtoronto.com/mikesblog . I want to make the two blogs be interlinked. I managed to build a “bridge” from the root page blog to the mikesblog page using a page titled mikesblog; so that when the user clicks the page, wordpress automatically sends that person to the other blog.

I would like to do the same with the other blog, but I don’t know how to do it.
