Linking to specific faq item

    Is there any way to link from an external page to a particular FAQ item and have the accordion automatically focused and opened on that item? (or is there a trick to achieve this?)

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. First, enable the URL attribute for FAQ. Dashboard -> Helpie FAQ -> Settings -> General -> Add FAQ Url Attribute.

    2. Once you enabled, go to the page where you have all the FAQ’s and select any items. You can see the particular Url for that FAQ item. You can use that url in any page to open that specific item.
