• Hello there,

Once upon a time, it was possible to put HTML in the “source” field of a quote when adding it to a Quotes Collection, so as to be able to direct readers to the source of the quote directly. This seems to no longer work — the HTML tags are escaped, and show up as literals in the source instead. Is there any way to revert to the previous behavior? Or add another field so that a URL can be included for the Source to link to?

Thank you for continuing to update the plugin, I love it!

  • I noticed the same thing. Oddly, the “Author” field does still allow the <“a”> tag, but seems to escape other tags (e.g. <br>,<p>,<span>).

Would be nice to have access to those tags.

Both ‘Author’ and ‘Source’ fields still support the anchor tag with href and title attributes. Other tags would be escaped.
