linking to posts in both category a AND category b

I would like to create an external link to posts on a WP blog that are tagged with both “blue widgets” and “new widgets” categories. I don’t want the page to show all of the blue widgets or all the new widgets, just the ones that are both new and blue. Is there a way to do this?
