Linking to other blog entry

So for relative, for example–my blog is at https://www.jerrypettit.com/blog and an entry would be something like https://www.jerrypettit.com/blog/?p=136.

If I want to link it to item “?p=100, would would be the relative path?

You mean–using my example:

<a href="/blog/?p=136">"/blog/?p100"</a> ??

just change my 136 to 100 to directly have my code address your example.
