Linking to filtered page from an external page link

    I have a page that is the ITEMS page where one can filter by grouped categories:
    categories:
    apple [lists all items with the category apple]
    orange [lists all items with the category orange]
    lemon [ lists all items with the category lemon]

    upon selecting the filter, it properly displays the group of items with the respective category.

    What I need is a different page that has a link that says, “See Orange Items” that sends the user to the ITEMS page and display the group of items with the category orange automatically.

    Is that possible? I hope I explained it correctly.

    Hi,

    I got it. If ‘See Orange Items’ links to the ‘category-page’ then it is possible in the PRO version.

    Actually PRO version has the feature to auto select current term/category if you are using the CAF shortcode on category page.

    Hope it makes sense. IF it is not category page then it is also possible with custom code. So in the PRO version this is possible.
