Linking to certain headings on same page :/

Just wondering if wouldn’t mind clarifying how to link to certain headings in page.

If I would like to go to say Product number 10 on page at the bottom of the page so you would jump up effectively, with the title H2 set as “Best Cheap Fleshlight modelled on Pornstars”

Would my link not look like:
