Linking the ‘Browse Categories’ section to Pages

The background:
We are creating a football site. We have created ‘pages’ for Premier League, Championship, League One, League two and Other Football.

I would like to use the default ‘Browse Categories’ section (which runs across the middle of the index page) as a link to these ‘pages’.

Therefore ideally when I click on, say, The Premier League in the ‘Browse Category’ section I want to be automatically re-directed to the Premier League ‘page’. Currently, of course, it goes to the Premier League ‘category’ I’ve had to create to fill that zone. This is not what I want to happen.

Is their a way of linking the ‘category’ to the ‘page’?

Any help in achieving this would be appreciated.
