Linking Posts & Catagory Issues

I am using Simple Catch Pro that I have recently set up and I set the posts that I have with categories so they would link to the menu pages they were related to. However the posts only show on the Home page when they are posted they DO NOT show on the menu page they belong on.

I have also found that Theme Options then in the drop down – Homepage/Frontpage Category Setting – Frontpage Post Categories are showing Disabled – so I am not sure if that is why my posts are not showing on the pages where they should be. And I can not find where or how to fix this.
