Linking Menu to Posts

    I am building my WordPress site using a theme(www.edsstudios.com). I went to Appearance>Menus in the Dashboard to create my top navigation menu. Currently my dropdown menus consist of pages. I would like to link them to posts instead of pages. How do I change the menu dropdowns to link to posts instead of pages?
